Transcript beta 69 (Release candidate 1)

Beta 69 is release candidate 1 for Transcript version 2.3.

The only changes with the previous beta are some small interface changes and tweaks in Options so that there is more space for translations.

Version 2.3 is expected sometime in May 2008.
