Released 2013-11-24.
- Correctly detect Windows 8.1 instead of marking it as Windows 8.
- Use correct default font for Windows 8 and higher.
- Updated libtiff version to 3.9.7, zlib to version 1.2.8.
- Use the same zlib for both tiff and png.
- Change: When dragging/touching zoomed in/out image keep mouse cursor at same position in image.
